Earned media is an important piece of the Click It or Ticket puzzle. Earned media is free traffic safety outreach that complements high visibility safety belt enforcement and paid media. It raises the public’s awareness of the importance of buckling up and reminds unbuckled motorists of the likelihood of getting a ticket.
